What is Hyper Conditioning?
Hyper Conditioning is exercising to increase physical performance and enhance personal image.
Hyper Conditioning targets elite performers and aspiring performers, such as athletes, models, actresses/actors, and dancers to help them achieve their ideal physical condition and physical image through various fitness secrets, creative exercises,
and effective tips making the unrealistic goals achievable!
*What is the concept behind Hyper-Conditioning?
The workouts concentrate on continuous development of the main muscle fibers in your body: Type I, Type IIa, Type IIb or Type IIx, which are the primary muscle fibers that enable your body to move. By enhancing these muscle fibers with Hyper Conditioning, your body will be able to perform more efficiently at a higher physical level.
*What type of exercises and Benefits?
The exercises consist of dynamic, complex, multi-planar, proprioceptive movements. The exercises performed vary from plyometrics to strength training to stability to flexibility maneuvers. Hyper Conditioning stimulates the body’s awareness receptors during physical motion, which ultimately forges a dynamic connection between the nervous system, muscle system, and skeletal system. All exercises target the core and improve overall balance, which is a key component to effectively perform any physical activity.
This style of training enhances your physical image and improves physical performance.
- Enhance over physical image and physical performance
- Increase Flexibility
- Increase total body awareness and balance
- Increase stamina
- Increase strength
- Increase agility and jumping ability
- Injury Prevention
